Dive Smoothies – Nutrition Information

The Dive is one of the most delicious, yet often ignored sources for campus food. Despite its varied offerings of sushi, sandwiches, and pizza, The Dive is most known for its smoothies & shakes.

Students love to sip a shake after a brutal workout, or grab a smoothie as a quick meal en route to class. There are a wide variety of options, some of which function as meal-replacement drinks, and others which serve as sweeter beverages. The Dive does provide the nutrition information for all of these smoothies in a binder located on the counter; however, most students are unaware and often fail to consult it.

As such, I have taken photos of the binder, transcribed the information, and compiled the nutrition facts into this article. Now, when you’re about to order a post-workout smoothie, you can rest easy knowing whether or not you will consume twice as many calories as you just burnt!

Note: The nutrition information of certain smoothies will vary depending on your “Choice of milk.”
